Hen Cove Beach is a large, sandy beach with calm waters overlooking Hen Cove. The beach never gets too crowded and there is plenty of room for sunbathers and swimmers. There is a small parking lot and a roped-off swimming area, great for children. There are no restrooms, showers, picnic areas or handicap chairs, but swimming lessons are offered. Lifeguards are on duty only during summer season. The parking lot adjacent to the beach is handicap accessible. Resident parking stickers are $15 and seasonal parking stickers are $30.
