Harris Beach State Park is located along US Highway 101 near the city of Brookings. In addition to its sandy beaches, the park has many activities to offer its visitors. Camp at one of the many campsites or yurts, watch for wildlife, or enjoy the walking trails. Harris Beach State Park is home to Bird Island, a national Wildlife Sanctuary. In addition to the rare birds that can be found at Bird Island, the park also offers opportunities to see marine life including sea life and gray whales!
