This Atlantic Ocean inlet harbor is the location where the Hampton and Blackwater Rivers meet. It is home to the Hampton Marina and adjacent to Hampton Beach State Park. Hampton Beach State Park is an oceanfront park with miles of sandy beach. It is a popular destination for those looking to swim, fish, picnic, or camp. It's also a great place for larger events such as family reunions and weddings. There are several bathhouses for your convenience. Lifeguards are on duty from June through September, but the park officially opens in May. There is an admission fee per vehicle.
