There is a small beach adjacent to the parking lot with a roped-off swimming area. It's not too popular, so it makes for a nice calm day. There is a shallower area that is great for young children. Look for the flock of friendly ducks! Fishing and kayaking area also popular pond activities. Lifeguards are only on duty during summer season. Showers, restrooms, and swimming lessons are available. The parking lot is handicap-accessible. Resident beach stickers are $30 and daily parking passes are $15 (weekdays) and $20 (weekends and holidays).
