BEACH INFO:

Green Lake resides within aspen and lodgepole pine landscapes. The name of the lake comes from its colour, which according to BC Parks,"has a low flushing rate and together with the chemical composition of the warm shallow waters, creates the greenish hue giving the lake its name." Most of the lake campgrounds are open between May and early September, some into early October.
