Gonzales Beach
Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

Gonzales Beach is a sheltered, sandy beach in the neighbourhood of Fairfield, just east of downtown Victoria. It is a popular spot for skimboarding and swimming. The beach itself is sandy, but also has rugged sections where driftwood has come ashore. Private residences line the beach. This is also a great spot to spend a relaxing afternoon and enjoy the sun and views of the Olympic Mountains.
The main access to the beach is located off Crescent Road, near the south end of Richmond Road. There are public washroom facilities and a small parking area, as well as some stairs and a ramp down to the beach.
Dogs are not permitted on the beach during the summer months, but are welcome here (leash optional) from September 1 to May 31.
