Glen Island Park

Glen Island Park is located in the City of New Rochelle in Westchester County. The park was built in 1881 and is connected to the City by a drawbridge that was built in the 1920s. The park includes a beautiful crescent shaped beach with access to the Long Island Sound. Visitors to the beach can also take advantage of the Park's picnic facilities, boat launching, walking paths, catering hall and restaurant, and visit the park's castles!
A County park pass is required for admission. Parking is available for $5. The beach is open from Wednesday through Sunday from 11am - 6:30pm.
