This 2 mile stretch of sand allows for plenty of room to relax and play. Great for swimming, surfing, bodyboarding, skimboarding and surf kayaking.waves. There is lots of beach to explore on foot. The beach is bordered by dunes and sea grass, and just to the north, the rocky point at Biddeford Pool juts out into the ocean. This city-owned public beach offers plenty of parking, restrooms, bathhouses for changing, benches for picnicking, and there are lifeguards on duty from 10 am - 5pm. Parking is by permit only, available from Biddeford City Hall, City Clerk’s office.
