Fleming Beach is a small sandy beach in the Township of Esquimalt that features an oceanfront pathway with steep rock faces, making it a popular destination for rock climbers. The beach is accessible from the Munro Road parking lot. The site is also home to the Esquimalt Anglers Association who developed the boat ramp, boat launch and clubhouse. Fleming Bay is protected by a man-made rock breakwater.

The sampling location is at the small sand beach.
