McCook Point is a sandy beach and park located in East Lyme along the shores of the Niantic Bay. It is a great spot to picnic, sunbathe, or swim. There are also events such as dances and concerts held here during the summer.

Part of the beach is wheelchair accessible. Restrooms and outdoor showers are available. Beach/parking fees are in effect.
