Located along the shores of Long Island Sound, East Haven Town Beach is a sandy beach with many amenities. In addition to supervised swimming, visitors to the beach can take advantage of the picnic areas, bocce ball and beach volleyball courts, and park pavilion. There are also showers for rinsing off after your swim.

Some parts of the beach are wheelchair accessible.
