Durrance Lake

Durrance Lake is a small waterbody located within Mount Work Regional Park on the Saanich Peninsula. A perimeter trail around the lake offers swimmers a variety of spots to jump in and get wet. Facilities at the park include a public washrooms, picnic tables, a small wharf and a boat ramp. Durrance Lake is a popular spot swimming, picnicking and fishing. Limited parking is available in the small lot at the end of Durrance Road. In the summertime, visitors should be prepared to park along Willis Point Road and walk in.
The sampling location at Durrance Lake is off the wharf at the northwest end of the lake.
