The Chessie Dragon Paddle Boats are a popular family-friendly attraction for locals and tourists visiting Baltimore' s Inner Harbor. Managed and operated by the Living Classrooms Foundation, these four-seat vessels allow visitors to experience the harbor from the water. The dragon boats are open daily from April to November. Popular harbor attractions such as the National Aquarium, the World Trade Center, and the Maryland Science Center are within walking distance of the paddle boats as well.
