Delta Beach (Lake Manitoba)
Macdonald, Manitoba, Canada
Delta Beach experienced historic flooding in the spring of 2011 that required evacuation of the area, including the 200 homes there. It is now in recovery. Previously, Delta Beach was a popular fishing location, especially for walleye and sugar perch. On the paranormal radar, Delta Beach was also the site of a reported UFO sighting in 2010, and Lake Manitoba reputedly has its own version of the Loch Ness Monster known as Manipogo.
