Broughton Beach provides great access to the Columbia River in the city. There is a large sandy beach that is nice for enjoying picnics and sunshine in the summer time. A large parking lot adjacent to the beach offers ample parking. Columbia Riverkeeper volunteers monitor habitat and use at this site from June-September as part of the Adopt-a-River program.
