This swim area is located on W. Kerr Scott Reservoir in Boomer, NC. There are restrooms located on site, as well as a playground, picnic tables, and a covered picnic area. Some life jackets are located on site. Floating booms mark the designated swimming area. The park is open from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Entrance fees of $2 per walk-in and $5 per vehicle are charged upon entering the park.
