BEACH INFO:

The largest lake on the Bonaparte Plateau, the lake has a maximum depth of 98 metres (321 feet), keeping the water temperatures cool during the summer. The shoreline is lined with cobble and some bedrock with a few sandy beaches. Alder and willows border the lake while a higher progression up from the shore features lodgepole pine, spruce, aspen, balsam with some Douglas fir.

AMENITIES:

There is a grassy government recreation site with four campsites and a good gravel boat and trailer launch with outhouses, fire pits but no dock. The site is a good location for hunters and fishermen looking to catch rainbow trout and Kokanee.
