Beaver Lake Provincial Recreation Area Beach
Lakeland County, Alberta, Canada

Beaver Lake Provincial Recreation Area Beach is a small, sandy beach on the north shore of Beaver Lake right beside the boat launch and close to the campsites. The water is typical of lakes in this region being clearer and crisper in early Summer and more algae later in the Summer. This is a suitable beach and area for relaxed days at the beach with the kids, fishing, or wildlife excursions with Winston Churchill Beach nearby as an alternative. All of the usual day use amenities exist and there is a restricted swimming area. Most campers and visitors come to Beaver Lake for the good fishing. This beach was open for the whole 2011 and 2012 bathing seasons and no Alberta Health Services advisories were posted.
