Bayley Beach is a beach intended for the residents of Sixth Taxing District in Norwalk. Residents must apply for a permit to use the beach and must have a valid parking permit or walk-in pass to enter the beach and park.

There are lifeguards on duty during the summer swim season (from Memorial Day to Labor Day). In addition to swimming, you will also find a playground, basketball court, volleyball area, restrooms, and picnic area.
